Thank you for choosing IBREEZ. By utilizing our services, including IBREEZ API and IBREEZ Server (collectively referred to as “the Product”), you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy.

 

Definitions

  • IBREEZ: IBREEZ Inc., located at 8 Mall, Salmiya, Kuwait, Basement 1, Office N 2, Kuwait.
  • Authorized Machine: A single installation of IBREEZ Server on a physical computer.
  • Authorized Use: The designated number of copies or instances of IBREEZ Server specified in the Quote/Receipt/Invoice issued by IBREEZ.
  • Authorized User: A licensed individual, whether an employee, contractor, subcontractor, vendor, partner, or customer, permitted to use IBREEZ Server.
  • Commencement Date: The date IBREEZ processes payment of the License or Maintenance Fees from the Licensee.
  • IBREEZ API: The public web API available at the current endpoint, api.ibreezdata.com.
  • IBREEZ Server: The distribution of IBREEZ API as a virtual appliance for installation on a single physical computer.
  • Product: Represents both IBREEZ API and IBREEZ Server.
  • Protected Code: Source code within the Product protected against access by IBREEZ. Personal and Legitimate Uses Only
  • The Product is provided for personal and commercial use. Users may not create scripts or automated tools attempting to generate multiple IBREEZ API accounts. Usage must comply with all applicable laws and proprietary rights in Kuwait, the Gulf countries, and other jurisdictions.
  • API Limitations
    IBREEZ sets and enforces limits on API usage, documented with each API. Users agree not to circumvent these limits and seek express consent for exceeding them. Contact IBREEZ via the website for approval.
  • Intellectual Property
    Users agree not to alter IBREEZ copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights within the Product. IBREEZ retains all rights, title, and interest in IBREEZ API, including intellectual property rights.
    Publicity
    Users may indicate products or services based on the Product, subject to IBREEZ’s approval. IBREEZ reserves the right to publish the Licensee’s logo on the IBREEZ website, issue press releases, or social media postings, with respect to new Licensees, while protecting contractual terms.
  • Limitation of Liability
    IBREEZ assumes no liability arising from your use of the Product. IBREEZ is not liable for any user’s use or misuse of the Product, preventing recovery under any circumstances.
